Supercooled meat is not frozen, so no need for being thawed. Your meat will stay at a constant temperature preventing it from harmful bacteria. Supercooling will allow your meat to last longer and taste better.
Place a liquid in our supercoolers and leave it for minimum 6 hours. Once the liquid will reach at our precisely set supercooling temperature, the state of supercooling.
